We are the Boots-on-the-Ground research scientists for everything construction, contractors, and real estate developers. It started with David as a project coordinator on his first site in 2017. A contractor looked at his clean boots and told him they'd never seen a real job site. But David knew it was about more than the boots. It was about earning the respect of the veterans and their decades of earned knowledge before working alongside them. Boots-on-the-Ground became the mission. To this day that is how SCELTA operates. Our forward deployed engineers don't sit in an office and hope their work fits the site. They meet tradespeople and construction professionals on the backs of pickups and in site trailers, and build solutions side by side with them. For real estate developers, we coordinate the deal, the build through Boots-on-the-Ground, and the go-to-market through NALDO. Contractors and real estate developers running on better systems together is what makes construction more profitable, end to end. AI made this faster and more accessible, not different. Now we can walk off a site and have a solution ready to test in the field the same day. Contractors can talk to their apps and projects. We use Claude because in construction, the tool has to work the first time. 90% of construction companies are small businesses, local GCs, and trades, and the hard won knowledge stays trapped with the few who spent decades earning it. We're on a mission to coordinate that gap. Better coordination lets the industry meet demand, and there's enough demand that everyone wins.
