Our vision is one where lives are positively transformed, needs are meet and loneliness is eradicated. To achieve our vision we provide a helping hand to older people when they need it most. We give both emotional and practical support to those aged over 65 living in Sheffield. Our support helps older people get the best from life - whether that's providing them with a friendly visitor on a regular basis or dropping off some much needed mobility equipment or daily living aids Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds, but they all have one thing on common – they care about older people in their communities. Without them we couldn't do what we do and make a real difference to the lives of older people in Sheffield.
