SCC Design Build Limited operate from large manufacturing premises in Reddish, Stockport close to the M60/M62 motorway network. With a workforce of over 140 on a 10.7 acre site with 157,000 sq ft of high-bay industrial workshop we offer Design Build solutions in the construction of high rise residential, student accommodation, hotels, prisons and multi-storey car parks. We can also offer ‘supply only’ precast concrete components and bespoke concrete framing options. Our management team have extensive experience in the precast concrete manufacturing industry and our workforce are all CSCS accredited. Our ethos is to provide our clients with the right solution first time, every time and on time. A complete design, manufacture and installation service for all sectors. We operate our projects on a ‘just-in-time’ basis for deliveries which increases efficiency in the construction phase as well as reducing our impact on local communities.
