A Think (and Do) Tank. Thinking, in and of itself, is mostly pointless. And doing, without a sense of direction, is mostly a waste of time and effort. Thinking and doing work hand in hand. According to the Japanese proverb, “Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare.” It's not enough to think, to dream, to envision. To be effective requires both an Ideaist and a Fruitionist. An Ideaist. Ideas are seeds for success. Creative solutions to difficult problems, innovative ways that challenge and re-think the status quo, effective initiatives to improve our world...each of these begins as an idea. A Fruitionist.
