Scarf is a mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to tackling fuel poverty, improving energy efficiency, and promoting sustainable living. Headquartered in Aberdeen, we provide trusted, expert energy advice and practical support to households, communities, and businesses across the northeast of Scotland. For over 40 years, our goal has remained the same: making a real difference for people struggling with high energy costs. We deliver key energy advice programmes, including Home Energy Scotland (funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust), as well as local services supported by Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Dundee City, and Perth & Kinross councils.
