Serving Children and Reaching Families, LLC (SCARF) is a comprehensive Mental Health and Substance Abuse provider. With our main office located in Kissimmee, Florida, we offer remote and in-person services within the Central Florida region. Our clientele consists of individuals from both rural and urban communities, and there is significant diversity within the counties we serve. To address this, SCARF adopts an integrated treatment approach that recognizes and respects the unique characteristics of families within these different communities. Our target population consists of children, adolescents, and adults who may be involved with the Department of Children and Families, adolescents within the Department of Juvenile Justice System, and children who are at risk of being separated from their parents. We are committed to meeting the needs of children and youth facing challenges in their education, individuals with emotional and behavioral issues, adolescents struggling with substance abuse, and adults who need support in parenting their children. Services include but are not limited to: 1. Case Management (Diversion, Targeted Case Management, and Wraparound Services) 2. Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapy (Individual, Groups) 3. Parenting Groups 4. Psychiatric Services
