Our services come as an all in one package. Our goal is to do everything we can to assist you in going paperless. Everything is included so that working with us is completely effortless. You don’t have to think or worry about anything. We got it. OUR SERVICES: BOX PICK UP – We come to you and pick up your boxes of paper at your convenience. No boxes? No problem. We will pack them up for you. DOCUMENT PREP – Once the boxes are at our facility, we remove all staples, bindings, and clips to prepare the documents for scanning. FILE INDEXING – The documents are then arranged and indexed to your exact specifications. DOCUMENT SCANNING – We then run every last document through our state of the art scanners. PERFORMING OCR – Our software performs Optical Character Recognition on every typed word on every page so that you can easily search for any keyword and instantly find what you’re looking for. QUALITY CHECK – Once OCR is complete, our quality assurance team double checks each individual document to ensure the highest possible clarity and resolution. FILE UPLOAD – Based on your preference, we either upload your new digital library to the cloud for you to download at your leisure, or we deliver it to you on a flash drive. SHREDDING AND RECYCLING – Finally, we shred and recycle your documents after a six week client review period. SAY GOODBYE TO PAPER!
