ScanScholar Information

Every day, schools generate millions of assignments, assessments, and writing samples that capture the most authentic evidence of student learning. Yet once they're graded, that evidence is often filed away, misplaced, or lost. Scan Scholar changes that. Our platform transforms everyday student work into organized, searchable evidence that supports progress monitoring, IEP documentation, MTSS, instructional planning, and student growth—without changing the way teachers teach. Using a simple QR-enabled workflow, assignments are automatically captured, organized, and connected to the students, standards, and goals that matter most. Because every assignment tells a story.
