The team consists of experienced hoteliers that work together to support our real estate partners during the entire cycle of hotel development and to operate hotels in such a way to bring long-term success to the project. In bringing together strong real estate partners, Marriott’s brand strength and distribution system together with SHM’s operational and developmental expertise we believe we have found the formula that gives our hotel projects a powerful competitive advantage. Together with Marriott International, Scandinavian Hospitality Management has developed Europe’s newest hotel brand, MOXY Hotels. Designed to capture the rapidly emerging millennial traveler, the new brand combines contemporary stylish design and approachable service. Marriott has selected Scandinavian Hospitality Management to be the preferred operator of MOXY hotels. Together with VASTINT, Scandinavian Hospitality Management is currently developing several projects. Within the next few years SHM´s operating hotels will rapidly grow and spread through Europe.
