In 2000 our family set out to build unique homes of superior quality, crafted to enhance each client’s personal tastes, design preferences and lifestyle. Scandic Builders was founded at that time by Mads and Sari Jepsen and expanded in 2003 with Mads’ brother, Kimo Jepsen. We are proud that during these 25 years, we have held strong to our commitment to craftsmanship alongside integrity. Our homes are built to last and we’re seeing them age gracefully through the years. Even more importantly, we pride ourselves on our reputation and making things right no matter what, and that has translated into long-standing relationships with our clients. Also rewarding is that we have been able to see our environmental influence have an impact. We encourage our clients to consider the effect their home has on the environment and we’ve seen an ever-increasing incorporation of renewable energy sources, recycled and sustainable materials and green technologies. We couldn’t have accomplished what we did over these 25 years without our incredible team and strong partnerships with sub-contractors equally committed to excellence.
