The group of companies develops emission-reducing agricultural technologies, applies a sustainable farming model and offers more sustainable organic products to consumers and raw materials to processors.
In order to produce more sustainable raw materials, the AUGA group is developing biomethane infrastructure, a hybrid biomethane-electric tractor and other agricultural machinery, as well as methane-reducing specialised feed technology for cattle and applying regenerative crop rotation. Innovative technology-based agricultural activities include crops, livestock and mushroom growing.
From the farms that apply AUGA sustainability standard, the group supplies reduced-emission raw materials to processors and more sustainable organic food products to end-consumers in dairy, grain and other daily consumption categories. The AUGA group's purpose is to create a new category of more sustainable food with "no cost to nature".
The AUGA group operates on 38,000 hectares of agricultural land and employs more than 1,200 people. In 2022, the group's revenue was EUR 80 million. AUGA group shares are traded on the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.
AB Linas Agro is Lithuania's leader in supplying products to farmers – certified seeds, fertilizers, and plant protection products. A supply of agricultural inputs to farmers is currently run in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. We have our modern grain elevators network, and now, our storage capacity for various grains and other commodities in Lithuania and Latvia is 332 thousand tons. The capabilities of the storage facilities at ports operated by us reach 245 thousand tons. One of our core businesses – agricultural commodities trading. The main product groups are:
