We work with SME Founders who are still too involved in their own execution and want that to change, without the overhead of senior onshore hires or the risk of another failed offshore attempt. Part-time from $1,500 per month. Full-time from $2,000. Full replacement guarantee if execution standards are not met. Capacity is intentionally limited. We work with a small number of businesses at a time as the onboarding is intensive to ensure success.
