Scale Ventures prepares SaaS and AI companies for stronger transactions. We embed early inside growth companies, lightening the load on management, driving value creation, and building deal capability that bankers, advisers and investors can all draw on. When a raise or exit arrives, our clients are equipped to transact with credibility, alignment, and the substance for stronger valuations. We work with growth stage SaaS and AI companies in the $5m to $50m ARR range, six to twelve months before a transaction. Engagements run alongside the CFO and finance team (who keep running the business) and alongside bankers and corporate advisers (who run the formal process). Our role is to build the substance underneath, the deal capability inside the business that lifts outcomes for everyone running the transaction. Sydney based. Working across Australia.
