Scala Network is a leadership development organization for women in business, built on that belief. Since founder Christina Greenberg launched Scala Network in 2010, what started as a single training program has grown into a full ecosystem: cohort based leadership programs, corporate training for organizations, and Scala Connects, our online community for women who've done the work and want to keep growing.
