SC Spheres Information

SC Spheres is an electronic platform designed to harness the power of technology to assist organisations with the shift to working from home and operating in virtual teams. SC Spheres supports multi-way chat and file sharing so confidential material can be moved off email onto a platform that supports full encryption. The platform has been designed around the needs of governance boards and offers a one-stop solution for meeting agendas, round-robin decision making, document archives, board member inductions, electronic document signing and much more. The generic functionality allows the platform to be set up for specialised functions that range from Virtual Data Rooms to adjudications on medical treatments. The twin challenges of COVID-19 and the global privacy laws have ushered in a new way of working. SC Spheres has established itself as the platform to support organisations through this transformation while at the same time building a greener, more flexible and efficient way of doing business.
