Initially founded as a project management consulting firm, which expanded into management of commercial and residential real estate development. Since then we have managed the design and building of several commercial and residential properties. SC Group, our way of managing real estate projects is successful as it is backed with industry experience and resources. Our team has access to a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked on projects of all sizes and complexities in a wide variety of locations across East and Central Africa. We have also built great work relationships with: Architects; Engineers; Quantity surveyors; Contractors; Suppliers legal experts; and Financiers.
