SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. (A Joint Venture between SBI and Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd.) provides services on key activities related to Merchant Acquiring Business (MAB) viz. sourcing, merchant relationship, support services for complaints management etc. for SBI, the largest commercial Bank in India. Merchant Acquiring Business (MAB) refers to the mechanism of facilitating merchant payment for goods and services through the medium of a card and App based acceptance solutions. The Company has its footprints across India and is connecting with a large number of merchants. Our services enable merchants acquired by SBI to carry out cashless transactions by accepting payments from their customers for the goods and services provided through various digital payment acceptance touch points of SBI with products like Point-of-Sale machines (PoS) (Swipe & Pay/ Tap & Pay), Bharat QR (Scan & Pay) and BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI (Touch & Pay).
