Wise Choice Homes won't be building a home for you like the "little boxes on the hillside, all the same", which describes the typical subdivision developments in North America. We bring a new perspective to home building. In their over 20 years of home building, the company has yet to duplicate a design. Every one of the up to 35 homes they build each year is different. Winnipeg based Wise Choice Homes builds custom homes that suit the individual tastes of their clients. "Our clients come to us with a dream, an idea and we take then through the process from the blueprint to the construction of a complete home," said Walter Neustaedter, owner and Project Manager of the custom building company with its office at #204-1200 Pembina Hwy. "Every home is custom designed to meet our client's needs and maintain their budget," added Walter. "They buy the lot and we build their dream home." To emphasize their commitment, the mission statement of Wise Choice Homes is "We Work for You." "It's our clients who have direct control over their return on their investment through the design and implementation of their dream home". "It's a simple mission - to provide uncompromised personalized service to each and every customer who has entrusted us to provide them with a custom-built home."
