We raise Award-winning Huacaya Alpacas for breeding and for sale. We also sell alpaca and llama fiber, roving for spinning, yarn and clothing. Sawdust Hill is located just a few miles north of the delightful Scandinavian town of Poulsbo, Washington, just a few short miles from the Hood Canal Bridge, the "Gateway to the Olympic Peninsula". Since we first became interested in these wonderful animals, we have read everything we can find on the care and breeding of alpacas, visited other alpaca farms, and attended numerous Neonatal Clinics put on by various universities where we learned how to birth "crias " (babies) and the general care of the alpaca.
