A bit of history... Remember back in the day when the VCR flashed 12:00 because mom and dad didn't have the time to figure out how to set the clock? Eventually, one of the kids would push a few buttons and the time would magically be set. While that same generation of parents were growing their careers and raising their families, technology continued to thrive. Fast forward to today. Technology is everywhere. From email and websites to smart phones and iPads, there are endless opportunites to utilize computers and mobile devices--if you know how to use them. My goal is to bridge the gap between people and technology in a calm, fun, patient environment. The Process: You have questions. Maybe a lot of them. Our typical two-hour lesson begins with going over your questions, prioritizing them, and working through the solutions. Sessions take place in your Naples or Bonita Springs home, using your systems, in your enviroment. If the issue is a one-time fix (like getting your computer and printer to 'talk' to each other), I'll do my best to quickly get it resolved and not worry you with the details. Most questions, however, are about the day-to-day use of your devices. For those issues, we'll work through solutions and strategies together. It's important that I understand your goals, so that I can teach you the easiest and most effective way to get you the results that you desire. What kinds of things might we cover in our lessons?
