Savvy Boss Lady is the brain child of sisters Heather Christison and Jennifer Goldsmith. While working on their own businesses, they attended many business development courses and noticed a common theme: very few were providing any information about the "hard skills", the nuts and bolts of how to run a business. The sisters were learning a lot about sales and marketing, customer relationships, and mindset, but no one was talking about the ins and outs of the BUSINESS itself. That's where Savvy Boss Lady was born! Heather has over 20 years of experience working in accounting and finance. She has worked with entrepreneurs from start up to a $35 million dollar a year contractor. Her expertise gained working for the first CMA firm in the country provided a wealth of exposure to many different industries, giving her an understanding of the diverse needs of a variety of industries. She helps entrepreneurs to understand what the numbers mean in their business and how to use that knowledge to grow. She helps her clients find the financial tools they need to thrive. Being in business is a roller coaster, she is your partner in the ride helping you navigate the ups and downs with ease and grace Jennifer is an attorney and entrepreneur practicing in the greater Bay Area. Her specialties include Business Entity Formation and Succession, Contract Review, Negotiations, and personal wealth management through the use of Estate Plans. She works closely with small business owners to insure that their assets are protected both at work and at home! Along with her Juris Doctorate, Jennifer also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Sociology.
