Savannah Development Information

Savannah Development is a boutique new-construction single family and mixed-use developer in San Diego, California. We believe in the promise of urban renewal, the moral right of every person to have a home, and the business value of everyone on a project - from investor to neighbor to day laborer to end buyer - winning together. We focus on smaller scale urban infill projects in San Diego - between 3-10 units - that can be priced near the median price for the neighborhood. We design and build for the residents already in the community and we actively target detached single family subdivision projects. For neighborhoods that support it, we also develop mixed-use or higher density housing that complements existing lifestyles. We build to enhance communities, and we build to provide homes.
