Our founder and director, Terry Costello, started his education in the industry at just 6 months old as part of the 1996 Tommee Tippee campaign. Despite modelling into his teens, it was his entrepreneurial spirit that led him to consider establishing the type of model agency that he himself would have liked to have been part of. Perceiving a gap in the market, particularly in the North East of England, Terry established Savalas Models in 2014 with the aim of becoming the next leading model agency and has quickly become synonymous with a positive and professional attitude. He made it his mission to gain experience in all aspects of the industry, from attending castings the length and breadth of the country, where he became as intrigued by the behind the scenes action as he was by being the focus of the shoots or campaigns, to choreographing events and shows. His hands on approach to the training and development of his models ensures this ethos is instilled within every member of the Savalas family in efforts to provide a high quality service as the expected norm for his clients. Furthermore, having first hand experience of the demands of the profession , his team includes skin, nutrition and well- being professionals to support models as they strive to achieve their career goals.
