Sautner & Associates offers a number of tax resolution services for your situation. We offer services for personal, business and payroll taxes. We prepare and file late tax returns. We also review prior year returns to verify the correctness and scope of your tax liability. We handle audits and notices as the intermediate between you and the IRS or state. We can also attempt to remove penalties, stop wage garnishments, end bank levies and liens, and depending on the situation, negotiate with the IRS to place you on the "Currently Not Collectible" status (CNC) which will halt IRS collections for a designated period of time. Don't be fooled, there have been many companies that offer to settle your tax bill for much less than you owe. Many of those companies are no longer in business and have charged their clients thousands of dollars with no tax resolution. Sautner & Associates has been in business since 1984. If you receive a notice from the IRS or the state, send it to us ASAP. Time is of the essence. We won't be able to advise you on the phone if you just call and "tell" us about it.
