Saudi Electronics & Home Appliances Institute Information

Saudi Electronics and Home Appliances Institute (SEHAI) is a non-profit institute that qualify Saudi youth within two years of study and intensive training to work for electronics and home appliances companies as industrial and maintenance technicians. The capacity of the institute during the first operation period is 100 students. This capacity will be increased gradually to reach a maximum 500 students. Mission The(institute) `s mission aims to support in nationalizing technical jobs in the field of electronics, office equipments, home appliances, air-conditioners, cooling systems, audio and visual devices, information technologies and communication industries. Objective The objective of establishing a non-profit, selected curriculum-based institute with international standards was to satisfy the needs of industry in the electronics maintenance, office equipments, home appliances, air conditioners, cooling systems, and computers all over the kingdom with competence. This can be done through developing the competence and capabilities of Saudi youth in this field and to participate in the efforts of economic and social development for this well-loved country. Saudi Electronics and Home Appliances Institute’s support has four main roles that will enable the institute to reach its objectives as follows: 1) The role of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) 2) The role of Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) 3) The role of Companies and Establishments Participating in the Institute 4) The role of the Japanese Party (Academic Partner) Partner Companies 1.
