We are a fully functioning butcher shop with a meat case full of Sausages, Charcuterie items, Smoked meats, chops, steaks & Lunch meats all made the Saucisson way. We will start with whole animals raised on small, local family operated farms & use no nitrates or preservatives. We will continue to develop our product line and offer a Sandwich of the Day, Hot Soup, Beef Bark(our jerky) and Charcuterie boards for enjoyment in the shop or to go. As well as a frozen selection of stock, soups & anything else we can dream up. We will offer classes and events in the shop, check out our calendar page for more details!
