SAT has certificate ISO 9001:2008 for Human resources activity. Staff leasing and outsourcing is an employment model in which the employees are hired for the work needs of clients. SAT takes the role of a formal employer who does all HR activities. Our client can be focused this way on primary business activity. SAT signs Employment contract with employees and transfers it to the client.
