Public-Private Partnerships, Health Care, & Training Saritor started its business operations in Poland back in 2005 when we were a property development company active exclusively in Poland’s then booming private residential market. We’re proud to say that our first major project, a development of 90 single-family (detached) houses on the outskirts of Krakow, receivedthe prestigious industry award of: “Best Residential Project – Poland 2008”. In 2009 we expanded our activities to provide project solutions to Poland’s newly emerging PPP market. PPP or ‘Public Private Partnership’ is a commercial mechanism that allows public sector organisations to deliver much needed infrastructure now and pay for this over the long-term. We are not PPP consultants, however. We could be described as ‘PPP investors’. However, we prefer to think of ourselves as ‘PPP practitioners’.
