Sara is a client communication hub used by vocational rehabilitation agencies, workforce agencies, and the federal VR&E program. It enables two-way communication through text and email, supports automated outreach and follow-up workflows, and provides tools for document capture, scheduling, electronic signature, and video conferencing. A core differentiator of Sara is automatic case note capture: every client text, email, eSignature, or appointment is logged and sent directly to the agency’s Case Management System. This reduces manual documentation, ensures compliance, and cuts 60–80% of caseworkers’ administrative burden—so they can focus on clients, not paperwork.
