Sarasota Trust Realty Company is the sister company of Naples Trust Realty Company, which was founded in 2004 by Tony Dedio. As the name implies, Naples Trust is based in Naples, Florida. When we say "sister company" we mean it quite literally. Sarasota Trust Realty Company is the collaborative effort of Renee Dedio Preininger and her brother, Tony. Renee moved to Sarasota in 2004 after Tony had been living in Naples since 2002. Both have enjoyed discussing Florida real estate for years. While debating the best locale to live in Florida, they agreed that both the Naples and Sarasota areas were enriching, dynamic, and remarkable cities in which to live and raise a family, as well as ones in which to ultimately retire. They decided that while one real estate company was great, a second would be even better! Soon afterward, Sarasota Trust Realty was created. Their vision was to offer an uncommon experience that would establish Sarasota Trust as the finest boutique real estate business in the area.
