Sara Good News 4 Me company (SGN) is a limited liability company that was established in 2005 under the regulations and laws of SAGIA & Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia; as a Joint Venture between Sara Telecom that is a member of Bahamdan Group (formerly known as Sara Holding)” and GoodNews4Me that is a member of Good News Group; a media and entertainment conglomerate with long-standing reputation as thought leaders in the industry in Cairo – Egypt.  Being an active player in the messaging and content aggregation business, SGN provides content services to the customers of the 3 operators in KSA; namely STC, Mobily & Zain. The main domain of the company is to enable the delivery of content and value of brands that it outsources to the customers in Saudi Arabia through a mix of distribution channels either over the internet or through the mobile (GSM). The breakthrough of the company curricula was in the adoption of the aggregation initiative, which was realized at different network operators across the region with very encouraging figures and KPIs. Moreover, The Company has been heavily active in the Digital Services fields including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Smartphone Applications Development, Social Media Optimization, Gaming, Augmented Reality Applications, among others. Moreover, SGN has recently tapped into trending solutions in the tele-media convergence arena though the implementation of management projects for IPTV and OTT solutions & DC ecosystems.
