OPAL GROUP (Happy Kids - Turkey) is an institution providing learning opportunities within the context of the life long learnin programme and founded 1992. We have organized various trainings for kids, youngsters, adults, parents, training institutions and professionals. Our goal is to make people more self-confident, happier and successful individuals. In this perspective, Happy Kids is an umbrella organization with the network consisting from many assocciations from different fields such as universities, schools, municapitilies, NGO's, local authorities, under OPAL GROUP. As organization, Happy Kids have proved track of success and experiences about Leonardo da Vinci, Grundvigt, Comenious and Youth projects, and also projects funded by other local associations and institutions. We aim to raise our success in new period, 2014-2020, under Erasmus+ framerwork. Since 1992, we have realized different integrated projects at local, national and european level in different fields. Topics on which we focus mainly are Leadership, Entrepreunership, Couching for Youth, Unemployment/Employability and Disability. We work very closely with NGO’s about women, disabled people and youth.
