Sapient Software is an independent AI advisory practice based in Windhoek, Namibia, working with SME leadership teams across Namibia, Cape Town, and Johannesburg. We help leaders cut through the noise on AI — past the hype, past the fear, past the consultancy decks — and decide what to actually do on Monday morning. Where AI would move the needle. The practice is led by Erik Voges, who has been writing software since 1985 and has watched four technology cycles play out — PC, internet, mobile, cloud, now AI. That history is the point. We spend time with you and your team, walk through your operations, and produce a short written report: where AI fits, where it doesn't, and the order to do things in. No 80-page deck. Workflow Sprint — Two to three weeks of focused work on one specific process. We redesign it end-to-end with AI tools, ship a working solution, and train your team on it. Standing Advisor — A monthly retainer. Regular check-ins, an open line for the calls that matter, a second pair of eyes on vendor selection, technical hires, build-vs-buy.
