Saphira Systems supplies the Saphira Core, a relocatable containerised solar power plant. The complete photovoltaic field — 200 modules, 134 kWp — is built into a single 20-foot high-cube container. It ships as standard freight, is set up in about eight hours by a crew of four, and the array extends and retracts in roughly 25 minutes. The system is built for sites where grid power is absent or unreliable and diesel is the default: mining and exploration, remote camps, construction, oil and gas, water pumping and dewatering, island grids and temporary infrastructure. It runs off-grid or in hybrid mode alongside existing gensets and battery storage. It is normally supplied AC-coupled with integrated inverters; direct DC integration with a customer's storage platform is also possible. Key data: 134 kWp installed capacity · 20-ft high-cube container · approx. 14 t · 130 × 8 m deployed footprint · −30 to +70 °C operating range · 89 km/h operational wind speed at the most exposed orientation, with automatic retraction of the array above that threshold · remote and app control · no permanent operator required. Because the plant is relocatable, generation can follow the operation instead of being written off when a site closes or a load centre moves. Saphira Systems is based in Salzburg, Austria, and is the international sales partner for the containerised solar systems manufactured by Loick Sun2Fold GmbH. Partners and distributors are appointed on a non-exclusive basis by territory.
