Since its creation in 2001, Sushi Zushi has been a premier and growing family of upscale casual dining restaurants whose mission is to spread "The Joy of Sushi". With 8 locations throughout Texas, Sushi Zushi brings authentic and original interpretations of Japanese cuisine to the American palate by offering an extensive menu designed to satisfy everyone from sushi purists to adventurous diners. Sushi is prepared fresh daily at Sushi Avenue, Inc. We began in 2004 by placing chefs in grocery stores to create sushi sold in the cases. Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include hot foods. Select stores serve rice bowls, ramen, and steamed buns, also made fresh daily. We serve retail, office, and college locations across the country. In 2011, we opened our first full-service restaurant, Masu Sushi and Robata. Our fast-casual restaurant, One Two Three Sushi, opened in 2013. The restaurants offer a unique opportunity to test new roll combinations and recipes that can be brought to the stores.
