Sanicle Information

Semaform Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit focused on technology and social impact. I founded it after a Leadership Tulsa program supported by Tulsa Remote and TYPROS opened my eyes to what local leadership development could do at global scale. We serve communities across North America, Africa, and Europe. Under Semaform, I host the Handshake Community, a global network for founders, nonprofits, investors, policymakers, and volunteers working in AI, social innovation, and philanthropy. The Handshake Summit & Award is our flagship gathering. It's a transition and spin off from Sanicle, which hosted sideline events at WSSDR Doha, COP 30 Belem, the World Bank Annual Summit in DC, WEF, UNGA, Afrotech, and CES. We're building on that foundation to create a dedicated space for our own community on the sidelines of major global forums. Problem Statement The people doing the most transformative work in AI and social innovation, especially founders and changemakers from underrepresented regions like Africa and the diaspora, rarely get a real seat at the table during global summits. They show up to network, but the format wasn't built for them. Deals stall, partnerships never form, and talent goes unseen. Solution The Handshake Summit & Award creates that seat. It's a curated sideline gathering that brings the right people into the right room, backed by an Award recognizing standout leadership in AI for good, social entrepreneurship, and cross-border philanthropy. We're also building our own AI technology and AI Agent, piloting in Tulsa, to make relationship building and opportunity matching smarter across our community. Semaform partners with philanthropy, family offices, grant makers, government agencies, and RFP issuing bodies ready to fund technology driven social impact, backed by real programming and a growing global network.
