Sands Decker is an established regional engineering and surveying firm, providing civil engineering design and surveying services for governmental, municipal, and private clients. We provide services for projects involving land development; commercial and industrial development; K-12 and higher education; water treatment, storage and distribution; contract administration and construction observation; road design and reconstruction; single-family and multi-family residential development; wastewater collection and treatment; and stormwater management. Professional Registration: Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia Our Story: Sands Decker Ltd. was formed in 1998 and joined CPS Consulting Group in 2007 to become Sands Decker CPS, LLC. In 2008, Mark W. Antonetz, P.E. joined the firm and provides additional expertise in commercial site development. In 2018, the company was re-branded as "Sands Decker" with a fresh logo and colors that better reflect our mission and values.
