Most of the friction in a lab isn't the LIMS itself. It's the manual work around it: requests that arrive as email and paper, sample details typed twice, reports assembled by hand. We close those gaps without forcing you to replace the systems that already work. For one German veterinary diagnostic lab, we digitized the whole path from order intake to certificate delivery. Manual errors dropped by 80%, their certificates now carry EU qualified electronic seals, and customs authorities worldwide verify them through a portal we built. Verification calls to the lab fell 98% within two weeks of go-live. We also build payment and compliance infrastructure for regulated businesses, including fintechs like Mollie.
