Sanatmetal Ltd., which was formed from the Precision Mechanics Company, was an American-English-Hungarian joint venture in its sixteen-year history. From 1999 it operates as a 100% Hungarian owned company. Possessing 296 million HUF basic capital and 921 million HUF total capital, the company works with 185 employees. Its annual turnover is 2 billion HUF. Our company manufactures and sells traumatological (1967) and orthopaedic implants (2002), spine surgical implants (1988), dental implants (2005) and animal implants (1967). Sanatmetal, which is famous for its continuous innovation, patents, competitive prices and wide range of products, stands competition in the international market. The unique designs of implants and surgical instruments guarantee the fast and exact performance of surgical operations; in some cases it provides unique solutions to operational difficulties worldwide. Manufacturing of more than 15.000 types of products from special stainless steel and Titanium alloy is performed with state-of-the-art CNC machines; cleaning and packing is carried out in sterile working environment. The integrated management system (SMPS), managing of customer and internal relationships (CRM), LEAN manufacturing system and other up-to-date methods and techniques serve to fulfil the customer needs.
