San Sac Group was formed in 2014 when San Sac and its sister companies ILAB Container and Rubaek merged with Enviropac with the investment fund Accent Equity 2012 as majority owner. The group expanded when acquiring the baler producer Orwak in 2015. The newest additions to the group in 2016 are the subsidiaries Easi Recycling, acquired in the UK, and Orwak North America, launched on November 2016 in the USA. In total San Sac Group has 220 employees and the combined turnover amounts to 90 M EUR.
