Twenty years later San Juan Water Works is the largest irrigation company in the Four Corners. We provide work for up to fifteen employees in the summer seasons. Nine of our employees have worked for us for over ten years. Experience and knowledge excel our company. I am a retired owner of a general contracting company that I managed for over forty years. During that period I worked with hundreds of subcontractors and business owners in constructing projects from custom homes to high rise office buildings. When interviewing subcontractors I wanted to work with I looked for experience, the size of previous projects, recommendations from other clients, the ability to perform on time, the ability to stay within the budget and most important, the character, honesty, and trustworthiness of the owner. I found all of these traits with Jeff and his company SAN JUAN WATER WORKS. San Juan recently completed a very sophisticated irrigation system for my personal residence in Bayfield, Colorado whereby he brought water from the Pine River a horizontal distance of over one thousand feet with a vertical rise of over two hundred feet. Two large pumps were needed to keep the pressure constant at the furthermost sprinkler head while supplying the necessary volume to cover very large areas. This five acre site now looks like a golf course thanks to San Juan and the talented employees who performed the work. Jeff made the work look effortless, and I can say without hesitation, that SAN JUAN WATER WORKS is at the top of my list of favorite contractors I have worked with during the past forty years.
