Samurai Sharp was founded in the need of a quality sharp blade that lasted. We had become tired of buying expensive knives that promised to hold a sharp edge longer but failed to live up to that promise. We decided to research different methods of sharpening and ways to make the edge last. What we came up with surprised even ourselves! Our knives were razor sharp! We were so excited about the outcome that we ran to our family and friend's house's and sharpened all of their knives as well. As we got feedback from everyone of how nice it was to be able to use their old knives again, it gave us the idea to place ads in local classifieds to try and gain an extra income from this service. The response we got was quite, well to say the least, overwhelming. That's when Samurai Sharp was born.
