Samuelson Development, LLC is proud to offer luxury apartments at Foxmoor, Stonehedge, and Steeplechase in Sioux Falls and Copper Ridge in Rapid City, South Dakota. At the heart of our operation is our desire to serve our residents to the best of our ability. Samuelson Development, LLC specializes in the design, development, construction and management of Class A apartment complexes. Since entering the apartment industry we have built nine multi-housing projects in Sioux Falls and in Rapid City, South Dakota. Our most recent endeavor is our Copper Ridge Apartments located in Rapid City, SD. Samuelson Development belongs to and supports the South Dakota Multi-housing association. In 2004 and 2011 Samuelson Development, LLC was honored with the distinction of “Management Company of the Year”. We have been recognized and voted “The Local Best” since 2011.
