SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) is Scotland's national mental health charity. Every year, we support tens of thousands of people through more than 70 community-based services. We listen to what matters locally and we campaign nationally for the changes, big and small, that can make all the difference in life. Our services are built upon our belief that people with mental health problems should be ambitious about their futures. One of the ways we do this is by supporting people into work, as well as working in partnership with employers supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives.
