Salzer Consulting is a corporate advisor of choice for leading multinational companies who are expanding rapidly or contracting/restructuring in ANZ & Asia-Pacific. Board and C-suite guidance to address and implement digital transformation and efficiency improvement. Our clients tend to be large MNC’s with complex organizational structures. Salzer Consulting acts as a ‘business partner’. We are a partner – never a servant. Salzer Consulting has worked globally with over 150 companies (mainly large multinationals) helping them manage very rapid transformation, growth, complex mergers, cross-cultural confrontations, joint ventures and (unfortunately) downsizing. Adam Salzer, Chairman, is a cross-cultural expert who drives fundamental change in companies employing large workforces (i.e. 1,000 to 200,000 staff). He graduated from ANU with majors in Economics and Accounting where he received the Australian Chartered Accountants University Prize and more recently he has received the prestigious ATTA Transformation/Turnaround/Disruption of the Year Award every year for the past 6 years. He was named as 1 of the Top 20 most influential Australians in Asia by BRW. In 1988, he was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for his work with disabled people. Adam worked in China from 1990 to 2016, where he and Alexandra Hynes set up Salzer Consulting with offices in Shanghai, Beijing and HK, then expanded to Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo. They moved his consultancy into PwC in 2008 and Adam was PwC’s Managing Director of People and Change for China/HK. In 2016 Salzer Consulting was re-established again as a separate entity.
