Salzburger Echo also delivers an engaging educational program for grades K-12 and is certified by ARTS inc. (formerly Young Audiences Inc. of Utah). From backyard parties to live TV and radio performances in Europe, and practically every venue between; Salzburger Echo is the perfect group for all of your festival, party, and concert needs. Gunther Zellinger, accordion instructor and official representative of Hof, Germany was stunned by the musicianship and outright flair of the 2000 Hof Germanfest in Ogden, Utah. He stated: "You know, in Germany there are some 3,500 accordion orchestras, and I tell you, these Salzburger Echo guys are right up there with the best of them". Salzburger Echo has released nine albums during their time as a performing group. Our first four albums; In The Rockies, Alpine Tour, Pasteurized and Lost In Bavaria feature a great mix of Classic Oktoberfest songs and traditional alpine music. Our fifth album The Alphorns Of Salzburger Echo has mix of classic and new-age alphorn music. Our sixth album Cornucopia is a traditional alphorn album featuring songs from Europe and America. The Wurst of Salzburger Echo is our seventh album, and has 26 of our favorite tracks from the band's first five albums. Our eighth album Yodelology 101 showcases our own arrangements of some of the most popular yodeling songs from the entire alpine region. Our newest release Prairie Song is a brand new take on the alphorn that shows the versatility of this ancient instrument. Prairie Song features brand new compositions and arrangements for the alphorn, and even has several tracks that include orchestral instruments to compliment the alphorns beautiful tone.
