Salvanote Document Safe (SDS) is a post-quantum encrypted document collection, storage and access platform for organisations handling sensitive documents from external parties. SDS is built around one core security outcome: if documents handled through SDS are exfiltrated, protected originals remain unreadable ciphertext outside an authorised environment. This is an architectural property of the system, not a policy promise or optional setting. SDS does three things: ▶ Secure collection External parties submit documents through a guided encrypted workflow. No account, app or password is required. Documents are encrypted on the sender’s device before they leave. ▶ Encrypted storage Documents are stored as encrypted records, unreadable even to Salvanote. Authorised staff can view documents and selectively download editable files while originals remain encrypted. ▶ Controlled access Authorised staff and external parties access the same encrypted document, reducing the creation and transmission of unprotected copies. What makes SDS structurally different: • Multi-party end-to-end encryption with no client master key and no vendor decryption capability. • Salvanote cannot read the personal information inside protected documents. • Hybrid post-quantum encryption helps protect documents against today’s attacks and future quantum-era threats, without storing long-lived usable keys. • SDS is a collection platform, not just a vault. It pulls documents in from external parties who need no account, app or technical knowledge. • Email stays in the workflow, but the sensitive document no longer travels as a readable attachment. SDS keeps one encrypted document in one controlled location. No lock-in: your data is yours. Switch to read-only, download what you need and close when ready. No exit fee. No data held hostage. 60-day evaluation: one workflow, no cap on staff, onboarding, full support and joint review at day 45. Commercial launch: July 2026.
