Salty Consulting is an operations and business management consulting firm based in the Salt Lake City area. We typically work with small-to-medium businesses, churches and other houses of worship, and non-profit organizations. If you have a challenge, we'll help alleviate it; if you have room for improvement, we'll help identify, develop, and implement methods to enhance your organization. No matter the situation, we love helping our clients do what they do best, better. In all client settings, we believe that mission and operational needs drive the overall solution and technology requirements – not the other way around. Throughout our process, we work together with each client to develop and implement pragmatic solutions that are appropriate for them. We care more about being sensible and helpful than about pushing unnecessary sales. We also tend to lean towards the ethical, sustainable, inclusive, and creative. ​Our name comes from a triple-play-on-words: salt of the earth, worth our salt, and Salt Lake City.
