Saltwater Training Information

Saltwater Training specializes in Surf Rescue, basic and advanced First Aid, Consultancy, Surf and Stand Up Paddle Instructor courses. We are based in Cornwall which is a perfect training ground for the services we offer. Saltwater training was launched by Chris Rea in 2000 and over the years we have supplied the industry with quality Instructors, First Aiders and Lifeguards. We have worked tremendously hard to maintain exceptionally high standards in the training we deliver. An overwhelming majority of the individuals we have trained have gone on to have successful careers as lifeguards and Instructors both here in the UK and overseas. A number of our clients have set up successful Surf and Stand Up Paddle schools in all corners of the world including The Maldives, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Holland and The Canary islands. Saltwater Training is an Academy of Surfing Instructors (ASI) and Surf Lifesaving Great Brtitain (SLSGB) accredited training centre. We were recently awarded the level of 'Approved-Outstanding' by SLSGB. This is the highest obtainable level any accredited training centre can reach.
