The Pater Noster Lighthouse has guided seafarers since 1868. Every meal is inspired by the resources of the sea and local ingredients from Sweden’s west coast - from fresh seafood and seaweed to produce grown in the restored lighthouse gardens. Tillverkning och kurslokal på Södermalm i Stockholm. Vi tar emot både större och mindre grupper för olika aktiviteter, t.ex. Chokladprovningar och Pralinbakskurser. Företagsgåvor och julklappar med hög kvalitet som även kan kundanpassas. Chokladfabriken har sedan starten 1997 värnat om att genomgående hålla högsta kvalitet i råvaror och smak med tillverkning av praliner, bakverk, tårtor, glass och mycket mer - alltid för hand. Bakom rodret står välrenommerade Martin Isaksson som chefskonditor med förflutet i såväl kocklandslaget och konditorilandslaget. Chokladfabriken har idag 3 butiker runt om i Stockholm samt en webbshop som levererar över hela landet.
